She is the President of the Kellogg Network for Central Africa and became the first female Chair of the Board of Directors of AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce) Cameroon in July 2021.

As the Founder and President/CEO of the “Pan-African Women in Leadership Forum (PAWILF)”, Aisha leads a dynamic movement dedicated to advancing women's leadership across the continent. Aisha's dedication to women empowerment, gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, along with her advocacy for humanitarian affairs, international development, and African diaspora issues, has earned her prestigious recognitions. She received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award (2020) from AmeriCorps and the Office of the President of the United States for her volunteer service contributions. Additionally, she was honored with the Africa Technical Support Network (AFTSN) Spot Award from The World Bank Group, African Region, for her exemplary work
